聖人慶日：大公會議的諸聖教父，今日慶祝的是舉辦於卡爾西頓/ 迦克墩的第四次公會議。這次會議將基督一性論定為異端。
正教會今日讀經：
羅15:1-7
我們強壯者，該擔待不強壯者的軟弱，不可只求自己的喜悅。我們每人都該求近人的喜悅，使他受益，得以建立，因為連基督也沒有尋求自己的喜悅，如所記載的：『辱罵你者的辱罵，都落在我身上。』其實，凡經上所寫的，都是為教訓我們而寫的，為叫我們因著經典上所教訓的忍耐和安慰，獲得希望。願賜忍耐和安慰的天主，賞賜你們倣效耶穌基督的榜樣，彼此同心合意，
好一心一口光榮我們的主耶穌基督的天主和父。為此，你們要為光榮天主而彼此接納，猶如基督也接納了你們一樣。
We who are strong ought to put up with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves; let each of us please our neighbor for the good, for building up. For Christ did not please himself; but, as it is written, “The insults of those who insult you fall upon me.” For whatever was written previously was written for our instruction, that by endurance and by the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope. May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to think in harmony with one another, in keeping with Christ Jesus, that with one accord you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Welcome one another, then, as Christ welcomed you, for the glory of God.
瑪/ 太9:27-35
耶穌從那裏前行，有兩個瞎子跟著他喊說：「達味之子！可憐我們吧！」他一來到家，瞎子便走到他跟前；耶穌對他們說：「你們信我能作這事嗎？」他們對他說：「是，主。」於是耶穌摸他們的眼說：「照你們的信德，給你們成就罷！」他們的眼便開了。耶穌嚴厲警戒他們說：「你們當心，不要使任何人知道。」但他們出去，就在那整個地區把他傳揚開了。
他們出去後，看，有人給耶穌送來一個附魔的啞吧。魔鬼一被趕出去，啞吧就說出話來。群眾驚奇說：「在以色列從未出現過這樣的事情。」但法利塞人們卻說：「他是仗賴魔王驅魔。」
耶穌周遊各城各村，在他們的會堂內施教，宣講天國的福音，治好一切疾病，一切災殃。
And as Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed (him), crying out, “Son of David, have pity on us!” When he entered the house, the blind men approached him and Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I can do this?” “Yes, Lord,” they said to him. Then he touched their eyes and said, “Let it be done for you according to your faith.” And their eyes were opened. Jesus warned them sternly, “See that no one knows about this.” But they went out and spread word of him through all that land.
As they were going out, a demoniac who could not speak was brought to him, and when the demon was driven out the mute person spoke. The crowds were amazed and said, “Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel.” But the Pharisees said, “He drives out demons by the prince of demons.”
Jesus went around to all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and curing every disease and illness.

希/ 來 13:7-16
你們應該記念那些曾給你們講過天主的道理，作過你們領袖的人，默想他們的生死，好效法他們的信德。耶穌基督昨天、今天、直到永遠，常是一樣。不可因各種異端道理而偏離正道；最好以恩寵來堅固自己的心，而不要以食物：那靠食物而行的人，從未得到好處。我們有一座祭壇，那些在帳幕內行敬禮的人，沒有權利吃上面的祭物，因為那些祭牲的血，由大司祭帶到聖所內當作贖罪祭，祭牲的屍體卻應在營外焚燒盡；因此耶穌為以自己的血聖化人民，就在城門外受了苦難。所以我們應離開營幕，到衪那裏去，去分受衪的凌辱，因為我們在此沒有常存的城邑，而是尋求那將來的城邑。所以我們應藉著耶穌，時常給天主奉獻讚頌的祭獻，就是獻上我們嘴唇的佳果，頌揚衪的聖名。至於慈善和施捨，也不可忘記，因為這樣的祭獻是天主所喜悅的。
Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teaching. It is good to have our hearts strengthened by grace and not by foods, which do not benefit those who live by them. We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. The bodies of the animals whose blood the high priest brings into the sanctuary as a sin offering are burned outside the camp. Therefore, Jesus also suffered outside the gate, to consecrate the people by his own blood. Let us then go to him outside the camp, bearing the reproach that he bore. For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the one that is to come. Through him (then) let us continually offer God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of lips that confess his name. Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have; God is pleased by sacrifices of that kind.
若/ 約17:1-13
耶穌講完了這些話，便舉目向天說：「父啊！時辰來到了，求你光榮你的子，好叫子也光榮你：因為你賜給了他權柄掌管凡有血肉的人，是為叫他將永生賜給一切你所賜給他的人。永生就是：認識你，唯一的真天主，和你所派遣來的耶穌基督。我在地上，已光榮了你，完成了你所委託我所作的工作。父啊！現在，在你面前光榮我罷！賜給我在世界未有以前，我在你前所有的光榮罷！」
「我將你的名，已顯示給那些你由世界中所賜給我的人。他們原屬於你，你把他們托給了我，他們也遵守了你的話。現在，他們已知道：凡你賜給我的，都是由你而來的，因為你所授給我的話，我都傳給了他們；他們也接受了，也確實知道我是出於你，並且相信是你派遣了我。我為他們祈求，不為世界祈求，只為你賜給我的人祈求，因為他們原是屬於你的。我的一切都是你的，你的一切都是我的: 我因他們已受到了光榮。從今以後，我不在世界上了，但他們仍在世界上，我卻到你那裏去。聖父啊！求你因你的名，保全那些你所賜給我的人，使他們合而為一，正如我們一樣。當我和他們同在時，我因你的名，保全了你所賜給我的人，護衛了他們，其中除了那喪亡之子，沒有喪亡一個，這是為應驗經上的話。但如今我到你那裏去，我在世上講這話，是為叫他們的心充滿我的喜樂。」
When Jesus had said this, he raised his eyes to heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come. Give glory to your son, so that your son may glorify you, just as you gave him authority over all people, so that he may give eternal life to all you gave him. Now this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ. I glorified you on earth by accomplishing the work that you gave me to do. Now glorify me, Father, with you, with the glory that I had with you before the world began.
”I revealed your name to those whom you gave me out of the world. They belonged to you, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word. Now they know that everything you gave me is from you, because the words you gave to me I have given to them, and they accepted them and truly understood that I came from you, and they have believed that you sent me. I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for the ones you have given me, because they are yours, and everything of mine is yours and everything of yours is mine, and I have been glorified in them. And now I will no longer be in the world, but they are in the world, while I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name that you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are. When I was with them I protected them in your name that you gave me, and I guarded them, and none of them was lost except the son of destruction, in order that the scripture might be fulfilled.But now I am coming to you. I speak this in the world so that they may share my joy completely.”
